Nana Kwadwo was one of the early employees at Africa Online leading to its growth across the continent. Nana Kwadwo also collaborated with one of Ghana’s foremost real estate developers to implement the first professional facilities management across its luxury gated communities and apartment complexes.  Now, as a partner in Energicity and Black Star Energy, he is again at the vanguard of cutting edge technologies and systems to provide quality services in Ghana.  Nana Kwadwo is also active as a traditional ruler of a community of Nsuta-Atonsu in the Ashanti Region.
